2010 Governor's Race Recount Results for Cook County

The Cook County Auditor's Office conducted a recount of the Governor's race for Cook County on Monday November 29. There were no challenges to any ballot by either party's representatives. The recount resulted in one additional vote for Emmer and one additional vote for Dayton. There were ten observers in attendance, including representatives of the Republican Party, the Democratic Party and the Citizens for Election Integrity. The recount was completed by noon that day.

Registering before Election Day You may register to vote by completing a Voter Registration Application and submitting it by mail or in-person at your county courthouse. For your name to appear on the polling place roster, register at least 21 days before Election Day. For the 2010 General Election register by 5 PM on October 12, 2010.
