 GIS Day 2010...
is a perfect day to launch our new Cook County Online Mapping System.
Visitors are now able to access the county maps directly from the new online interactive mapping application. Features include the ability to zoom into a particular area of interest, search by keywords such as Property ID number, or address, and turn various layers of information on and off for clearer viewing. 2010 Governor's Race Recount Results for Cook County |

 The Cook County Auditor's Office conducted a recount of the Governor's race for Cook County on Monday November 29. There were no challenges to any ballot by either party's representatives. The recount resulted in one additional vote for Emmer and one additional vote for Dayton. There were ten observers in attendance, including representatives of the Republican Party, the Democratic Party and the Citizens for Election Integrity. The recount was completed by noon that day.
