Recycling Center Drop Off Hours:


Monday & Friday - 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Closed on Sundays and County Holidays


Budget Shop Hours
Monday – Friday 12:30-4:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Aluminum Cans Purchased
Monday – Friday 1:00 – 2:30 pm

Recyclable Materials Accepted:
All materials must be clean
All recyclables must be removed from bags or boxes prior to placing in designated bin

Glass
No ceramics, dishware, Pyrex or window glass (including safety glass)

Steel/Tin Cans
Please flatten cans to save space in bin

Aluminum Beverage Cans and Aluminum Foil
Cans must be empty and foil must be free of any food waste

Newspaper
Includes advertising inserts. Do not place in bin in grocery bags or tied bundles

Mixed Paper
  1. This category consists of junk mail, office paper, computer paper, etc
  2. Paper must be clean and dry
  3. NO SANITARY WASTE PRODUCTS (Paper Towels, Kleenex, etc)
  4. NO CARBON PAPER, PLASTIC, STYROFOAM CUPS, ETC
  5. NO BROWN OR GOLDENROD COLORED ENVELOPES (PLACE THESE WITH CARDBOARD)
Magazines and Catalogs 
Glossy publications only

Plastic Containers
  • Only containers with recycling logo and number 1 or 2
  • Containers must be clean; liquid drained
  • Remove all caps
  • No foam meat trays, packing peanuts, ridged Styrofoam, or similar materials

Cardboard
  • Includes food and beverage packaging, brown grocery bags, brown and goldenrod envelopes, gift wrap, and phone books
  • No waxed cardboard or oil contaminated cardboard
  • Please flatten boxes
  • Special Bins are located outside the recycling center for cardboard after business hours

Used Oil and Oil Filter

  • Place oil in sealed plastic containers to transport to the recycle center
  • Oil filters should be drained and in a sealed container to prevent spilling
  • Ask the attendant at the Recycling Center for assistance with oil filters and used oil

Budget Shop Items Accepted:
All donated items must be in usable, operating condition. If you have a question about whether the Budget Shop will accept specific items, ask the store clerk

Used Clothing
  • Must be clean and ready to place in the store Household Items
  • Books, toys, dishes, home decorations, small appliances, hardware, tools, bedding, sewing supplies, etc
