Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for all employees and public who use our buildings and to ensure that the long-range plans for building improvements and upgrading are accomplished.

Key Activities

Planning, organizing, and staffing to provide quality internal support services to ensure coordinated, accountable, efficient, and cost effective use of resources.

Facilities Maintenance
Provides safe, clean, and a well maintained atmosphere in which to conduct public business. This includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance programs for major equipment and building components, and completes remodels on a limited basis.

Fleet Services
Responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and disposing of county vehicles, as well as coordinating scheduled vehicle use by County employees.

Planning and Construction Management
Activities include planning and oversight of county facility construction projects.

Security and Safety Review
Work and activities to ensure code compliance and promote safety, crime prevention through operation and maintenance of monitoring and security systems (including access and key control) for all county owned facilities.
